Bio

I am a disabled American, derailed from my dream career at NASA. So I work to promote NASA thru STEM teaching. We need scientists, engineers and teachers if we are to survive ourselves. Our planet is in peril. We need to learn what's out there, to live there and improve life here, sound familliar? Also a firm believer in the human element in space exploration. I buy all my space memorbilia from the NASA centers. Asked some hard questions to NASA a while back before twitter and made friends around the agency for giving a care. Member Planetary Society, National Space Society,Save NASA and the Bank of Mars (yep saving up for the trip!). I work with abandoned & feral cats and have socialized ferals for adoption. It IS possible with time, patience and love. ASPCA, Humane Soc, Best Friends member. Work to protect our lands. Want to adopt a giant sequoia tree? I can help you do so. Member Sequoia Forest Keeper, Wilderness Society. Also work to protect endangered animals of all kinds, with emphasis on big cats. A healthy predator society is the sign of a healthy eco/bio system. There are very few left. We need to build animal corridors so they can migrate without human intrusion.Tigers are especially endangered in the wild.Member Valley of the Kings big cat sanctuary and retreat. A natural born artist, writer and number freak. Iam just a geek that cares. (I can speak for you.)Also have plans to get recertified for flying! A great thing!
