I currently work at NASA in the Constellation Program as a systems integration engineer after working almost 10 years on the International Space Station Program in Guidance, Navigation, Control & Propulsion and Systems Integration.  I've trained NASA astronauts and supported missions from the Mission Evaluation Room (Mission Control's Engineering Back-Room).

I love to travel and explore; from the culture of exotic cities to the desolation of the Australian Outback.   In Star City, Russia I worked at the Gagarin Cosmonaut Training Center enjoying my time absorbing the Russian culture and making life-long friends.

As a former President of SEDS at Purdue University I established numerous educational outreach programs for K-12 students because I feel it's important to inspire the next generation and give them the opportunity to explore.

If you haven't noticed; I love to knit, surround myself with candles, and dance in the rain besides play competitive volleyball.  I've played volleyball for over 22 years and have the old bones to prove it!  ;-)
